Automated Agency Addition: We've implemented automatic agency addition to all new deals, streamlining your process. This means less manual input and more time to focus on what matters. You still have the flexibility to change the assigned agency if needed, ensuring your deal data maintains real-time accuracy.

 

Next Steps Field for Activities: We're introducing a customizable "Next Steps" field for activities. This optional field, enabled through admin functionality, allows you to add specific actions or outcomes for each activity type. By keeping the list concise and relevant, you can filter and aggregate activities for better analysis.

 

Activity Tracking for New Business: Tracking efforts to acquire new business is crucial—and now it's easier than ever with Monarch. Activities linked to leads, prospects, or non-billing accounts are automatically flagged as "new business." This enables you to generate detailed Activity Reports focused on new business acquisition, existing business, or both.
