Challenge:
At WHO13 in Des Moines, I had a long-time prospect that had gone quiet for several seasons. They had been a strong advertiser in the past, but recent attempts to re-engage them hadn’t gained traction. With limited time and several high-priority accounts on my plate, revisiting inactive leads often got pushed aside. I needed a way to quickly assess past activity, identify real opportunities, and put together a relevant proposal without starting from scratch.
Solution:
I used Monarch to identify the account in my inactive list. Using Accounts Master and Projects, I quickly reviewed historical proposals, creative notes, campaign performance, and spend patterns. With that context, I was able to build a pitch that felt specific, timely, and tailored to the client’s current needs.
